Excellent lunch menu. Homemade soups, sandwiches with well thought out flavor pairings, and a smiling and helpful wait staff. What more could you ask for? Oh yes, they have gluten free breads for those sandwiches and a staff that caters to GF needs. And did i mention the desserts? Save room for them!

Came in on a Saturday right after they opened for lunch. They had a lighter, Lent menu, which included a huge pickle stuffed with tuna salad. Thought I would give it a try.Service was very quick and the plate arrived at the table with the bonus of a sliced hard boiled egg as a garnish. There was plenty to eat, and the tuna salad on a pickle tasted like....tuna salad...on a pickle.I walked in behind the first patrons of the day and in the 30 minutes I was there, they place was half full. I think the owner was running tables, as she told me about her mom's fresh baked Devils Food cake with cream cheese icing, taunting my diet with delectable treats. I will tell you, when she wasn't tormenting me, she was running her butt off taking care of the place. I need to come back when I'm not on a silly diet and try something a bit more challenging, but for the tuna salad, it does get a star for creativity.

One of my favorite places to eat. Always check out their cake for the day. In addition to their menu, they always have a interesting special for the day.

One of the small town gems in BG. Great food, decent prices, lots of style and flavor. Strong availability during the week, one of the only brunch options in town. Quick service too. Lots to love.

Cute and cozy bistro! The waitstaff was very polite, prompt, and helpful. The portabello burger with waffle fries was delicious. Did i mention vegan chocolate cheesecake? It's absolutely decadent!

I'm absolutely in love with this place. The interior is comfy and welcoming featuring drawings from local kids and is painted the colors of a sunset. There are several options on the menu for all kinds of dietary needs. I personally love coming here for the vegetarian options and for the Sunday brunch menu. This place is a little on the pricey side compared to other local favorites but the portion sizes justify the price. Definitely stop by for great service and delicious menu.

This is a one of a kind restaurant! Love all the different combinations of flavors. They have sandwiches that I've never heard of before but sound so tasty. The staff is so nice and the owner even came around to see how we liked everything. I'll definitely be back to try more!!

What a great atmosphere!My coworkers and I treated ourselves to carry-out from the Bistro tonight! I got a Pulled Pork Sandwich - which is really like a Pulled Rib - I mean full riblets in every bite! No complaints - it's truly the most satisfying meat sandwich I've eaten in a long time! Oh, and the Hawai'ian bread buns?! Out of control - how can dinner get any better? With a side a fried cauliflower, that's how.Great service! Delicious food! Next time, it's a table for two!

Five Star hands down for the fun patio dining, local beer selection and appetizers! The spicy corn dip was AMAZING!!!! The patio was done up really cute with flowers and herbs on the table. The night we went they had entertainment ( singer /guitar player) on the patio - it was super fun with friends. The music wasn't so loud that we couldn't talk like most local band nights. I had their perch sandwich with the homemade coleslaw - YUM!!!! I totally need to get back to this cute hidden treasure in Bowling Green.

My husband and I live in Bowling green ohio and are always looking for cool places to eat in BG, today we found our place it's the SUNSET BISTRO, the atmosphere is so nice and the place is clean and lovely. The owner came by to check on us and I then I see her going to other the tables, it was so nice to see! The food was excellent and we loved every bite we will be back 100 percent. Thank you!!!!!

Pretty good bistro. I haven't been to a lot of bistros, so this was new which makes my perspective limited. Had the strawberry and kale salad which was good with the house dressing (had some red flake kick to it). We also had the chicken flatbread. Chicken was bland, but the flatbread overall was very tasty. They have some nice options on their menu. I wish they had a few more less carby options that aren't entrees. Atmosphere was nice, quaint, and service was great! We plan on coming back during a happy hour to try some wine flights. Everyone was friendly, place was clean and nice, and food was good. We were very happy we tried it.

Had the Cranberry Brie Chicken, wow who new all those flavors would be so delicious.

Great menu items and decent prices. I love the atmosphere and the wait staff seems to be really nice. The sauteed chicken with apples and grapes and candied walnuts with a cranberry Brie sauce was one of the best meals we tasted. The prosciutto grilled chicken breast with cheese and balsamic sauce was wonderful. Even the little cheesecakes with the raspberry sauce was really good. My mom and I will definitely be back again to enjoy a wonderful meal

I was introduced to this place by my girlfriend! When I come here I truly feel I'm never going to get a bad meal. THIS restaurant is what others should model themselves after. I have met the owner of the place a few times and she is awesome. If you're looking for brunch, this should be in your date book for every Sunday!

Service was good but a little slow for a late afternoon. Food was good. They do seem to accommodate allergies, if you notify your server.

I ordered the vegetable pasta today, I'm not sure what the exact name of it was, but it was beyond my expectations for a quick lunch trip. It came with mushrooms, zucchini, cauliflower, red pasta sauce, and a healthy amount of goat cheese throughout. As a table ordered the summer ham sandwich, grilled cheese, and a cobb salad. Everyone really enjoyed their meals. The service was also spot on. For once in a long time we actually got great service, and great food. Makes it a lot easier to pay the bill! Will be recommending as well as returning!

This place is awesome! I can only say we have been here once, but the ravioli was fantastic and the food was so good! Don't and I mean this from the bottom of my heart, forget dessert! We had the Apple Carmel cake and wow it was so good we took one home for my mom and dad!

This is a nice locally owned restaurant. The service is always good and the portions are fairly good-sized! It's a good place to come for lunch or dinner or just a drink

I can't say enough! The food was fantastic, best thing I've eaten in months by far. I got the Full Pull burger and it was perfect. Also got a bowl of the Doukhbor Borscht; something I never thought I would like but the nice server brought me a sample and I absolutely had to have a full bowl of it. If I could rate above 5 stars I would. A bit pricey but 100% worth every penny.
